Catnip and Fennel Extract

Has anyone tried this for gas? My LO doesn't have a ton of gas issues usually but I've noticed it's been bad the past couple days and he's constantly waking up at night cuz he has to fart, lol. Just wondering if he'd nurse and sleep better if I tried this. I have gripe water but the one I have seems to have lots of preservatives so I wanted to look for something all natural.
