A gift arrived in the mail today but I'm waiting to open it until DH is home

Rants/Raves: getting excited for Thanksgiving and to decorate for Christmas

Not packed yet. Will do it the week after Thanksgiving. Bringing a comfy robe, slippers, nursing stops, Chapstick, toiletries for showering, going home clothes for me and baby boy. Hospital has everything else I'll need.

Rants: pretty tired of everything! no salt diet sucks ass GD diet sucks ass as well... what am I supposed to eat? lol tired of bed rest and my house being a mess. I'd give anything to mop my floors.... tired of contractions anytime I try to do anything.... Sorry i think I may be crabby :S Raves?: well its only temporary and soon I can do as I please and eat as I please .... I can do this! right? :S

GTKY: Is your bag packed for the hospital yet, if not when are you going to pack it ?? his bag is packed! mine.... no I went to get stuff I needed yesterday for it got some toiletries and ended up dizzy and contracting so back to bed for me where I have been since yesterday try again to pack it tomorrow. my hospital supplies nothing so I will be needing to bring everything!

31 weeks with twins!

How are you feeling?
Exhausted and horribly uncomfortable. I've had a headache every day for about a week now and was tested last week for pre-e at my appointment because of how high my blood pressure was.

Appointments/Updates?
I go back on Wednesday. I have been going every two weeks, but I was just there on Tuesday. He didn't really say what this appointment is for, but I assume it is to talk about the lab results for the pre-e. Both little girls are doing fabulous though and they're growing perfectly with no signs yet of coming early!

Vera Bradley diaper bag! And more clothes. I have a problem, seriously...

Rants/Raves:
Round ligament pain is kicking my ass. And my lady parts have been swollen for a couple of days now and hurt to wear anything, so I haven't left the house OR had underwear/pants on. Ouch.

Yes! We have actually had the bag packed for two weeks. I know, I know...

I feel good. I'm kinda starting to get panicky as my to do list gets smaller and the countdown to her arrival gets shorter.

Appointments/Updates?
Had an appt this past Tuesday. Everything looked good. She's still head down. Next appt Dec 2.

Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently?
I got some adorable bows/headbands from a girlfriend at work.

Rants/Raves:
I'm so over these nosebleeds. I know extra blood flow blah blah... But I hate them.

@BriannaCaitlin‌ I thought I was alone with the swollen bits part. I hate it. Poor DH never gets laid anymore. Haha.

Bag is not packed yet. It's on the agenda for this next week. (My mom went early with me & my brother so just want to be prepared).

Call me shallow but I'm totally bringing a little make-up for those first pictures. Haha

@TRexsMum‌ I meant to comment yesterday about the complete and utter bullshit surrounding the Prozac situation.
As someone who works in the medical field that just makes me freaking livid. All of that should have been disclosed at the beginning of the pregnancy. Not two months before the end. It's completely unacceptable practice !!!!!!

Ughhhhh. I'm sorry you guys are going through that.

Sorry, late to the Saturday ticker change game, it was a busy weekend

Week/Fruit:  32 weeks/squash

How are you feeling?  Pretty good, no real complaints

Appointments/Updates? 32 week appointment today, so we will see!

Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently?  I had 2 showers in the past week, so we got a ton of stuff!  We went to Buy Buy Baby on Saturday to return a couple duplicates and got a few things that we hadn't received.  But I think we are all set now!

Rants/Raves:  Raves- had 2 awesome showers in the past week!  I feel so loved, and baby boy is now all set

GTKY: Is your bag packed for the hospital yet, if not when are you going to pack it ?? 

Not yet- probably won't pack it for at least 3 or 4 more weeks, unless my doctor gives me reason to believe I will go sooner.

Sorry for being so late - lazy lazy weekend. 

Week/Fruit: 30 weeks/cucumber

How are you feeling?
Good! My energy levels are good - a little sleepier than usual but nothing too crazy. My BP is up slightly at 118/80 but the OB wasn't concerned at all. Usually I'm at 115/75. 

Appointments/Updates?
Saw the OB last week, everything looks great! 

Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently?
We've really slowed down on purchases - we have most everything we need at this point I think. I ordered a couple of nursing bras for myself though...

Rants/Raves: I'm really looking forward to the holidays this year - we don't have to travel since I'll be too pregnant so we're going to hunker down at home and have a pleasant time of it. 

GTKY: Is your bag packed for the hospital yet, if not when are you going to pack it ?? 
My bag is far from packed, but I did load up the diaper bag with clothes,diapers, etc for the baby just in case. 

I'm thinking week after next? I don't really have a plan for it yet since as an EDD of January 31 I'm in last.

We go for a growth scan on Tuesday because of the SUA issue. My adorable mushroom humidifier from dux arrived his week. A gift from a gf in Australia. Rant - my surrogate is on Prozac. The fertility clinic and her doc said it was safe for pregnancy and stupid me never questioned it. Now we have been told that my baby will go through withdrawal and could be born prematurely as a result of her dosage. And because of those things baby will have a mandatory 3 day stay at the hospital and need her blood sugars tested every 4 hours during that time and she will be watched or the jitters, possible seizures and other signs of withdrawal. I'm so angry I don't even know who to scream at first. The surrogate feels terrible, but I'm not mad at her. She didn't know either. We both feel very lied to about the safety of Prozac during pregnancy. If I could gif in mobile you bet your bottom dollar you'd see mrs white from clue and her flames right here. The bag WAS packed. But now knowing it'll be a 3 day stay, I've got to rethink everything and repack. Recommendations- diapers, wipes, jammies, blankies, bottles, soothers, phone charger, extra clothes for mom.

I'd be pretty upset too! Fingers crossed that the baby is just fine!

Also late to the game & haven't participated in a few weeks...

Week/Fruit: 31 / Pineapple

How are you feeling? Just very tired. I think I'm up 5-6 times a night to pee, and the interrupted sleep is starting to catch up to me. Oh well, I guess this is nature's way of preparing us for night feedings and fussy infants! Other than the tiredness I actually feel pretty good. 

Appointments/Updates? Had my last appt at 30w6d, everything was looking good. Measuring right on track, blood pressure was good...I gained about 4 pounds in two weeks, so I'm up 19 overall, but doc says that's alright. Hoping I don't keep chunking on two pounds a week though! 

Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? We've had two showers now..one from my mom/family in KC and one from his family here in STL. Baby's room now looks like the overstock area of a Buy Buy Baby. I think we're mostly set to go...there's only a few small things left to purchase before baby girl's arrival. My parents will be helping to paint and set up the nursery over Christmas because my husband is extremely busy with work right now. 

Rants/Raves: I feel more ranty lately. People who didn't used to annoy me now grate on my nerves. I can't handle stupidity. 

GTKY: Is your bag packed for the hospital yet, if not when are you going to pack it ?? Not yet. Planning to have it ready to go around 34 weeks. What am I going to pack? Camera, ipad, phone, chargers, comfy pjs, my own pillow, yoga mat (hospital rents birthing balls), slippers, going home outfit for baby and myself, whatever DH thinks he'll want... and yes, makeup. I agree with pp, I'm going to want to freshen up for pics. It might be vain, but whatever. 

edit: last appt date. i can't keep my weeks straight, lol
