Oh yes the wubbanub is amazing. We would lose at least 3 suckies a day from dropping and rolling under the couch or coffee table. We have had the same wubbanub all along, and I love that if it drops it doesn't go anywhere.
Agree about the Snoogle or something similar. We love our stroller (bugaboo chameleon) with the infant car seat adapter, Velcro swaddle blankets, and our RNP.
They have been pretty much all posted but -boppy -nosefrida -hands free bra for pumping -my pump in style -lanolin for my breasts -aquaphor for his butt -Tiny Love 3 in 1 rocker/napper
1. My most precious item - my video monitor, Summer Infant Baby Touch 2. I'd be in deep do-do without this thing! It gives me such a peace of mind!! I've been addicted since day 1. 2. Diaper genie - a must! 3. Breast pump - self explanatory. 4. Sleepsacks - started using these when he was done being swaddled, around 3 months. He still uses them today to keep him warm since he doesn't use a blanket. 5. White noise sound machine

The rock and play sleeper was a huge must have for DD. I need to track that thing down somewhere in my house. It was one of the only things I wouldn't even loan out to friends or family because I knew I wanted to have it later.
The Aiden and Anais swaddle blankets are heaven, really any big Swaddle blankets and learning how to correctly swaddle would be my number one tip to any new mom. A medical grade boob pump rental was a life saver. I can't live without California baby bath products they are so gentle and free of crap that most every other products have. I also highly recommend a white noise machine and humidifier!
Hands down the rock n play. That thing is magic. Also Aden and Anais blankets, gripe water, zip up pjs. The Happiest Baby on the Block was a godsend in our house. Those techniques really do work.
Must haves: video monitor, a+a swaddle blankets, breast pump rented from the hospital, gripe water, Sleep Sheep, swing Things we didn't use: diaper genie, infant tub, pacifiers, bouncer
First came love, then came marriage - Oct 31, 09 Then came a miscarriage March '11 Then came a baby in the baby carriage May 16, 12
