I can't remember who it is that usually runs this. Seems like it's fizzled out.
Last Friday at weigh in I had officially lost 10 pounds since starting at the gym. Now it's getting harder as the areas I am not happy with and that are at fault for not fitting into jeans are the glutes and thighs. *sigh*

I'm kind of in the same spot...I'm hitting a plateau. I usually switch up my routine when that happens. It'll help kick you back in gear.
I just went through an hour of PT session and my body hurts like hell!!! But I liked the trainer- he was honest and upfront and told me it will not be easy but I could do it. So here goes the journey of losing 50 pounds!!!!! Sounds so freaking scary.
