We're going away for the weekend so I'm washing ALL my CDs and C is in disposables today as he's off to Grandmas. I decided it was a good day to hand wash and re-lanolize my wool cover since it will have 3 days to dry while we're gone.
I use Eucalan no rinse wool wash to wash and lanolize, and the instructions say to let it soak for at least 15 minutes. I like to leave it longer, usually 45. Today I got busy packing everything up and forgot about it soakung in the sink for an hour and a half. Do you think it's still going to be lanolized properly? Or will sitting in the water (with the wool wash soap) for so long degrade the affects?
