I'm 9 weeks and definitely not showing. Last pregnancy I looked pregnant to me and people who knew at maybe 16 weeks but not obviously until 20 weeks.
Also last time around I had no real symptoms the whole first trimester except craving cow's milk. This time I'm more tired and nauseated. But either way no symptoms is great, count your blessings.
Be kind. I'm sure she's posting about not having symptoms because she's anxious about how the baby is even though she didn't explicitly say it. To have symptoms or not is totally normal- we all need to support each other. With my first I didn't get sick UNTIL week 12- now im 12 weeks with #2 and I've had very little symptoms and definitely not showing. Every pregnancy is different. I'm sure all is well with your baby just keep up with good prenatal care. And before you know it you will be showing and struggling to find clothes that are comfortable
@princessAvila15 - one part of me is extremely jealous as I've lost 30 pounds in 10 weeks, but I can understand why you could be a little anxious. You're expecting to feel the things the rest of us are feeling and probably don't feel like a "normal" pregnant girl, but no worries it'll all come in time! (Well hopefully not the morning sickness part)
I'm going to assume you are referring to my post since you obviously haven't been introduced to the quote box yet. And I'm here because I can be. Thanks for your interest.
Sorry I'm new at this. Wasn't pointing directly at you but the general negative comments from a few - yours happened to be the last one I read. I know everyone can be here I just don't think it's cool to give someone a hard time because she's not having symptoms- and frankly to say "who cares" to my comment was kind of rude. I don't want to start anything though- sorry that I offended you. Best wishes with your pregnancy and I do hope you feel better soon.
My husband accused me of "showing" yesterday because I was bloated. I almost punched him.
I am 9 weeks. The baby is located right above my pubic hair line. Unless that area is swollen (it's not) you're not seeing the baby. You're seeing the enormous gas bubble that is in my stomach. Thanks though.
Much less bloated today thank god. My only symptoms other than occasional bloat are sore boobs and I'm a little more tired than normal. Don't worry about this OP. Not a big deal.
@LizzieCamm, the responses here that are "generally negative" aren't because we're mean people who don't care. The board can be a place of overwhelming support and caring--and humor and general fun stuff. However, when someone walks into the proverbial room, doesn't bother to read the informative post that lets them know how the board works, and doesn't bother to get to know anyone or give any support before making her VERY FIRST POST yelling about how she's not showing and has no symptoms....well, why should we be all sweetness and light?
See my post in the Friday Symptoms thread. I wrote about this very thing just this morning. Rule #1 of the board, don't rub your symptom free glory in the faces of those who've been suffering for months!
I only posted about mine to encourage other symptom free pregnancy unicorns to not be anxious of their lack of symptoms.
I totally get you! I've had major nausea/sickness for the past few weeks and I've been feeling great the last few days. The fact that I feel great and I'm not showing does make me a little anxious.
That's really great of you for just letting it go! I don't think many of us would have haha.
I really haven't had many symptoms the whole pregnancy so I do panick quite a bit about it but just appreciate the fact I don't have them and pray for the ones who do that they get past it all soon!

Sorry I understand now. I can see how the first thread would be interpreted. Feeling embarrassed. :-/
