@rachelstanleygray I use the cvs brand if gummy vitamins, 2 g per serving- I take em at night and it has changed my life. You can go up to 4 g if the 2g isn't enough to get things moving after several days. I never realized how much I didn't appreciate a good BM before pregnancy and now that I'm a little more regular again I'm a pretty happy camper
@rachelstanleygray I just realized I wrote gummy vitamins- I meant the cvs brand of gummy fiber- you probably figured that but just in case lol!
Try em for a few days- it's doesn't immediately get better overnight. And give yourself plenty of time on the throne- my colon can get a little shy if I'm in a rush... Happy pooping!
To everyone else, my apologies if y'all are tired of me talking about #2
I spent the day vomiting until I was throwing up blood and having to stay away from my fiance so I didn't stab him and end up giving birth in prison.
I'm just happy that I'm in the beginning of the third trimester and the morning sickness should get better.. Right? ... RIGHT!?!!? :-p
I'm just trying to be thankful I have good health insurance and a power port (a little access point in my chest to get blood and treatments for those of you who don't know) so I can get fluids 2-3 times a week without having to get poked a bunch! Plus the line goes Right into my jugular so it goes a lot faster than if I had an IV in my arm. It's the little things!
I truly feel for all of you Pukey moody mommies and hope it gets better soon!
