I had my RE follow up yesterday. Everything looks ok with the exception of my lining being thin and I had a 19.5 mm follie so my RE recommended a trigger shot to increase my natural progesterone, vaginal estrace and vaginal endometrium. If this doesn't work he recommends injectables+trigger+TI.
My questions are: where do you get your meds? I am all OOP for the endometrium and will be for the injectables as well if we do that next cycle. I have heard the fertility pharmacies are less expensive than ordering though the local chains.
If you tested out your trigger, when did you start testing?
When do you start the stims? Can I wait until CD 1 to decide and order the meds or will that be too late to get everything?
Should I intro on to 3T to ask these question?
Thanks for your help

Re: Questions for those doing medicated cycles?
I use Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy as well. My insurance covers a few things but I am mostly OOP. I found there prices to be pretty low compared to others for most things. They also have a few discount programs for people who are OOP. There is one I use the you pay $25 for a card and then you get $100 off every $1000 you spend.
I never started injects before CD3 so CD1 isn't too late to order unless its a weekend because they don't deliver Sunday or Monday. I usually can get things next day from them.
I tested out the trigger before but it usually lingers around between 8-10 days for me.

I did get the estrace at my local walgreens and ended up getting the endometrium at Freedom fertility where it was saved me about $45.
@megrae if this supported cycle doesn't work we may be on injects together!

I use Walgreens specialty pharmacy and I would start stims on cd3. The pharmacy usually offered next day delivery, so ordering on cd1 was always fine. Ask about samples from your RE. My office always gave me follistim
I start on 7dpo testing out trigger, bc I know that a positive would definitely be too early for a bfp
4 Losses (2003, 2008, Apr 2012, & Oct 2012)
All RPL and IF testing with multiple REs = normal

All AL are welcome

I get my meds from the fertility pharmacy that my RE's office uses and they ship it to me. This month I needed to get next day delivery and it cost an extra $15, but I got it the next afternoon.
Last cycle I started to test at 7 days past trigger. It only took 2-3 days to test it out, so I figure I'll start testing at the same time this cycle.

I did 3 injectibles with IUI cycles. My RE always called in the injections on CD1 and I didn't start them until CD9 I believe. I took Clomid CD3-7 and started injections CD9.
I usually start testing my trigger out at 6DPO. Normally it's negative by 8DPO.
I get my meds at a fertility pharmacy. They overnight everything for no shipping cost. They also send a sharps container and alcohol swabs for free.
Also the videos on Freedom Pharmacy for the injectables were so helpful to us.
