Tell me your favorite way to prepare squash

I'd like to avoid mashed/pureed squash. But that's the only way I've ever prepared squash. Teach me your culinary ways, F14!

Roast, with savory spices. 

Acorn squash I just halve and roast in the shell with spices. Then everyone has their own little bowl too.

Spaghetti squash I serve with sauce and cheese, just like spaghetti.
