Good Morning, Ladies! TGIF!!! So this week has been exciting, my labor buddy from FB had her munchkin last night at 35w 4ds.  So that means that our moms 2nd and 9th....umm I hope your bags are packed and prepared.  16th, 23rd and 30th....you should probably just pack that bag as well. My labor buddy was not ready and thought she had peed herself...what do you know LO was ready. This is getting incredibly real ladies!! I wonder how many Christmas moms we will have??

Week/Fruit: I am officially a squash @ 32 weeks.  Funny thing is I was an acorn squash...obviously they are running out of fun fruits and veggies. ANYWHO.

How are you feeling? I am okay i have some really bad stomach muscle pains right at the top of my belly. They are getting worse and I am just not sure what to do with them. I have a feeling my Dr. is going to say...tough it out. 

Appointments/Updates? No appt this week, but next week I have my regular every two weeks appt to do the check up on her. Last time I went in she was flipped already...it would be nice is she would flip back up...I love her, just not prepared for her yet!

Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? I have not bought anything!! BUT my baby shower was last saturday, and I got a tons of clothes and diapers. I am getting a lot of stuff from my gf, stopping by her house this sunday to pick all that stuff up...where the hell am I going to put it is the question. LOL

Rants/Raves: MY LABOR BUDDY had her munchkin...its very exciting for me. I can't wait till my other labor buddy..ahem...@lanatir decides to pop. I get so in the moment.  So Lanatir don't you worry I am prepared...my first labor buddy was a dry run...I am now an expert!

Oh I am thankful for my loving DH...at times he can just make me wanna scream but sometimes he just makes me melt and i love him for it.  I am thankful for my bundle of joy and the fact that she is not coming out yet.  I would be really thankful is someone would pack my hospital bag!!

Week/Fruit: a butternut squash at 34 weeks! Yes they are running out of fruits and veggies!

How are you feeling?: Most of me is feeling good, but my back is a different story. The sitting to standing thing is tough, but once I'm up everything is good.

Appointments/Updates? Went last week and she's head down! Woop woop! Next week they will check for strep B.

Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? Not this week, but hoping to get her dresser/changing table any day so I can start organizing her room.

Rants/Raves: Only 3 more weeks of work!! Excited to not have to put in work clothes every morning.

Well I'm very thankful for a so far healthy baby and pregnancy, and a loving and supportive family (especially DH) through it all. If someone would offer to follow me around all day and help me to take off/put on my shoes and socks whenever needed, that would be fabulous!

Week/Fruit: 30 weeks/cucumber.  As has been said before this doesn't make much sense following acorn squash.  On the other hand this morning he has been kicking all sides of my body at the same time, so maybe he is like a long cucumber.

How are you feeling? Really good this week.  Mostly no back pain and just the normal amount of tired.  I did have a crazy leg cramp Mon night that seemed to last for 10 min although it was probably more like 3-5 min.  Leg is still a little sore but almost back to normal.

Appointments/Updates? Nothing this week but my normal checkup next week.  Then I'll start the every two weekers.

Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? Not this week.  My shower is the Sat after Thanksgiving so I'm holding off till after that.  

Rants/Raves: My husband has just left for California until next Tues.  On one hand I'm looking forward to a completely lazy weekend without worrying about anyone but myself.  Will probably be my last such weekend for ~18 years.  On the other hand,  I'm nervous with him a 4-5 hour plane ride away.  I've no particular reason to be worried at 30 weeks but still.

I'm really thankful LO is still cooking and all seems good.  I'm thankful for my DH who is more excited everyday and has started talking to LO.  I'm thankful for my family and friends.  I'm thankful that even though it has been crazy cold I can still zip my old jacket and we don't have 5 feet of snow.

Week/Fruit: 34 weeks! Butternut Squash!

How are you feeling? Feeling pretty good, generally no complaints.

Appointments/Updates? 34 week appointment will be on Monday. At my last two (30 & 32 weeks) the babe was head down low in my pelvis. Not sure if that means I should expect an early arrival or not? But I also feel feet in my ribs, so I think this baby just wants ALL the space.

Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? I bought a bunch of onsies and sleepers earlier this week and did all the tiny human's laundry! Feeling more prepared now.

Rants/Raves: I'm so done with coming to work everyday. Officially 4 weeks until I am off, but they will be busy weeks! I'm just ready to have my year off already (Canadian).

Week/Fruit:  33w/Durian fruit.  Aren't those the things that smell horrible?  I guess that's a good fruit for this week then with all the gas I've had.  

How are you feeling?  Ok, I suppose.  I think maybe I felt BH last night (I had them with my first but never felt them, even when my OB pointed to them peaking on a monitor during a NST), but a part of my brain panicked and said "OMG J15 baby #3 in like 48 hours!"

Appointments/Updates?  Monday I had an appointment.  2.0 is being a jerk and sitting transverse.  No wonder my ribs are able to be kicked at the same time as she punches my cervix and headbutts my hip bones...  (DD1 was head down by this point.)

Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently?  No.

Rants/Raves:  Uhhh...  I sort of wish I hadn't said I'd go to a friend's baby shower this weekend.  I said yes, and forgot about the little annoyance of driving an hour and a half to get to it...  So the baby shower, fun, but the drive is making me dread going.

I'm thankful that we get to spend Thanksgiving day with my dad this year.  As far as great help...  Haha someone help me figure out what I can do with DD1 if I go into labor naturally with this one!  I still have no clue and no plan we've thought up of works very well...

Week/Fruit: 33w - Durian

How are you feeling? Pretty good for the most part. My back pain has subsided a little, my calves cramp at night though. Acid reflux kicked my ass last night; woke me up at 1am. 

Appointments/Updates? My next appt in Dec 1st, then I start going every week. My last appt was Oct 31st; I feel like I'm slacking, or my doc is.

Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? Nope. I'm waiting on my coupon from BRU. I did get one from Target, but have yet to go in and buy things.

Rants/Raves: Rave - I'm excited to go back and see DH's family for Thanksgiving week. I get along with IL's very well, and they are super supportive.

Rant - I'm not looking forward to the 18 hour drive back home in a week. While out in CO visiting, we are picking up a car and driving back. With all these babies being born at 32-34 weeks, I'm scared of going into labor in the middle of nowhere.

I'm mostly thankful for family, my own and IL's. They are all just super awesome during my pregnancy. 

Wish DH and I were more on the ball about setting up half the office as a nursery, but he's always busy with work and I'm dealing with a difficult cat.

Sorry no formatting here! This iPad really drives me nuts.... Week/Fruit: 31 weeks! Pineapple. Feels like it too, very prickly and sore in there at times.......... How are you feeling? Ever increasingly crampy, pains down my right leg, heartburn today, and I am so tired I think we're having another growth spurt............. Appointments/Updates? Last Friday I had an appointment with a nutritionist about my GD. Seems I wasn't eating enough carbs, so I've been trying to lay them on. Still testing under fasting numbers for several of my meals... We'll see what my doctor says at my checkup on Tuesday............ Have you bought/received anything for the baby recently? My mom and I bought the fabric and liner for the nursery curtains!!!! We start measuring and cutting tomorrow, then she'll sew them. I responded to an ad on Craigslist for a dresser but haven't heard anything back... I can't spend hundreds of dollars on a new one so I'm trying to find a good deal!........... Rants/Raves: I have been internally ranting about my MIL and her bf again... They just get on my nerves and I want to be left alone! I am agonizing over not having a place of our own right now. It's an old story... I am raving that I get to see my Dad and Step Mom on Thanksgiving! I haven't seen them since summer and I miss them dearly. They live 3 hours away so traveling to see them has been difficult with a constantly full bladder.............. QOTW: Well turkey day is next week ladies....what are you guys thankful for? Is there anything that would be a great help should someone offer? I am so thankful that my LO is healthy and our close quarters journey is almost over! Only 9 more weeks, maybe less... Wow. I really hope my DH will start stepping up for my lack of energy and able ness to bend over... Like feed the cat (I have asked him half a dozen times!) and help his mom get the house back in order. The floors have been in for a month now and she has mountains of crap in the garage to sort through (I hope) and bring hopefully a quarter of it back inside. She's a hoarder and it stresses me out, and more so since I can't help ("helping" would be 4 truck loads to goodwill and/or the dump, if I could bend over and lift a damn thing) so it's up to DH to step up! .....edit to add apology
