3D Ultrasound

Currently 9w4d and got a 3D ultrasound yesterday. It was super neat! Has anyone else ever seen or had one? I didn't get one with baby #1 (now 4yo) so I'm extra impressed! I miscarried in Aug at 13 weeks, had 1 cycle and conceived again in Sept. so had an u/s at 6 weeks and another at 9 weeks to make sure all is ok. I've posted a pic. You can see and eye fold and an ear!

That looks pretty awesome!! Congratulations!
Early ultrasounds could be fun in 3D. Though a friend of mine did one close to due date and she could see exactly how her daughter would look and she felt awful like she cheated by peeking too early and not being surprised at birth. Sorry dont want to be a downer but i thought it was wonderful advice.
Ps. Ur bubs little arms are so cute!!!

Aww so amazing! I want to get one at 14 weeks I have 2 girls and this is going to be our last baby. Congratulations!

We're getting a 3D-4D ultrasound at 14 weeks to find out gender. The ultrasound place even guarantees you'll learn the gender! Has anyone else done this to determine gender?

We did one near 30w with DD. It was amazing to see at that point what her facial features were like. She looked so similar when she was born (after she recovered from squishy birth head). I can't wait to do one this time around in the third trimester.

We are going next Saturday to get a 3d ultrasound to find out the sex! Dhs grandpa isn't doing well and he really wants to know so we can are finding out early. I feel like I'm cheating but it's for a good cause. The place we are going has a guarantee they will be right. If they can't say it confidently then they will let you come back for another one

I'll be going. Got them for my last two around 30 wks. They looked the same when they were born.. Crazy

So cute! I got one too at my 12 week NT scan (I was 12w4d)...my guy (or gal) is a little camera shy and hiding his face

Probably several years to learn your child's gender, but you can find out what kind of sex organs your kid will have with a specialized blood test at 10 weeks. 20 weeks at the A/S is more common. Or, if you're like me, and you're not that concerned about how your kid is going to pee, you can wait until after the birth. I'm told it's hard to miss at that point.

Aww, that's so neat. I've never seen one that was done in the 1st trimester. I got a 3D/4D with my DD at 32 weeks I believe. It was neat, but pricey, so we probably won't be doing again unless our midwife orders one. Seeing it in 3D makes it seem so much more "real" doesn't it?
