I Have EPO 500mg, I've Been Taking 2 In The Morning And 2 At Night I've Gone From 0% Effaced Up To 40% Since Last Thursday, I Was Wondering If I Could Safely Continue 2 In The Morning And 2 At Night, But Also Insert 1 Vaginally Before Bed? The Bottle Says I Can Take 1-2 Capsules 3 Times A Day But I'm A Little Confused, Someone Help?

Personally I would wait it out and let it progress naturally.

I inserted EPO vaginally at bedtime the last few days I was pregnant. I have no idea if it helped anything, but eventually nature ran it's course. It was kind of a PITA and messy, but I'll probably do it again the next time around. 

To answer your question, though, I'd probably stick to one or the other - by mouth or by vag
