He's here - urgent prayers please!!!! Update

I mentioned some trouble last week, and at only 23 weeks 5 days, my little guy made his appearance today. I will update with details when I can but please send any thoughts, prayers, good vibes, anything you can his way.

UPDATE: thank you for all the thoughts and prayers. It's so hard to update because details change so quickly. First though, we decided on the name Lucas (Luke). We also found out he was 1lb 5oz so he's definitely a little guy. Things haven't gone perfectly but for the most part it's been an uneventful first 18 hours so I will take it.
