Hi everyone! I'm 33 weeks with twins... not much to update... Everything has been going really well with the pregnancy (as far as health goes). I'm just pretty uncomfortable at this point :-) which is expected. We have everything ready for their arrival and DH is working on sanding and painting the baby beds (his papa built them). All we have left to get for the nursery is baby boy's bedding and curtains. We did schedule a csec for dec 30! I'm not sure ill make it that long (38 weeks, my dr doesn't seem to think I will either) but we'll see! It is exciting to have something scheduled, so I know I'll be holding my babies come new years :-)

QOTD: I would say, casual southern elegance...I haven't decorated my house the way I want it (due to always having other things to spend money on...like ivf, fet, and now twins) Right now or house is decorated with a lot of hand-me-downs from my aunt (who is great at interior decorating) maybe in a few years I can spend money on getting it the way I want it :-)

  • I'm 26 weeks, had baby shower recently, got so many things for the girls. I have to take the glucose test within the next 2 weeks. I am able to sleep at night - that's something my friends and family had told me would be hard to do but so far, so good. The only bothersome symptoms are heartburn (Ob suggests Prevacid over tums) and back pain, my upper back. I get massages, put heating pad on low sometimes but back ache continues which is normal but bothersome. The girls are kicking up a storm and I swear, they recognize my husband's voice because they throw a party in my stomach when he talks to them, it's cute.
    Me: 32, DH: 34.
Trying since Jan 2011. Unexplained IF.
    2 IUIs = BFN.
    1 IVF (Dec 2013) = BFN.
    FET, 2 frosties (June 13, 2014)

Twin Girls - 02/11/15 - at 37 weeks (no NICU, home with me at 3 days).
