Re: pets - I don't understand the amount of money people spend on pets either. A girl on my FB is trying to get her dog healthy again because they accidentally squished him behind some furniture. Supposedly has brain injury, but can twitch his eyes and sort of move his head. At that point, I'd put the poor dog out of his misery. It was an accident, but damn, spend the money on your kid and the one you're growing!
I can understand to a degree. My aunt had a dog that suffered from epilepsy. The poor dog was on $1500 of medication a month, ended up having a seizure, in front of my aunt, and passing away. My aunt cannot physically have children, due to a car accident she was in when she was a teenager. This dog was her "child".

My boobs do not go with my body shape. I am normally very slender and lean from all the running I do. They do not need to match my head in size. I should not be able to put a bra cup over my head like a hat. Just wrong.
I wish I could lament about how my boobs are disproportionately big for how skinny I am. I guess it's always greener on the other side!
@iheartichi
I actually thought they made maternity shirts for women with smaller boobs, only because they never fit me in the boob. I'm still stuffing myself in and it makes me sad panda
I'm sure stuffing yourself in looks way better than what mine look like. My shirts flap in the wind up top.
I have none of the boobs. I'm worried that means I won't be able to breastfeed.
Re: spending money on pets. I cringe every time I have to spend money on our animals, except for the necessities like food. Also, side note: my dog can't swim. He's a damn lab and he hates all water.
My Boston terrier likes baths but HATES swimming, she seriously acts like a cat! Her legs all spread out and her eyes almost pop out of her head when we hold her over the water. But she CAN swim so I guess that's a plus lol

My boobs didnt grow much this time or the last time I was pregnant and DD ended up having a good milk supply for 7 months. You'll be fine!
I'm one of those people that will spend whatever is necessary on my dog. I would not make my dog live outside no matter what (it's just not fair given we live in Michigan).
I'm super happy with my boobs now - I've never had them (always wore a size A cup), now I'm a full B almost a C! I'm a small frame person so I don't think I want to go any higher than that in cup sizes - 5'5" around 125-130 pre pregnancy (depending if it was shred season or not - I walk heavier during shred season).
I do hate how all ppl ask now is my bump - apparently i'm no longer a professional woman just a host.
My skincare routine: Wash face with plain water in the shower. Moisturize with Oil of Olay face cream (the kind with SPF). Maybe put on some concealer under my eyes. If I look really tired or have a meeting, put on mascara. That's pretty much it. Oh, in winter, I also use Burt's Bees night cream.
My hair routine: Suave shampoo and conditioner, blow dry with the dryer I bought because it was cheap and pink, use some kind of wax or gel to keep it from falling in my face.
I once got my makeup done at Laura Mercier, and the lady asked about my skincare routine. She nearly shit a brick when I told her that I usually washed my face with hotel bar soap and then used hotel lotion for face lotion. What can I say - I'm cheap! I probably should look into something else now that I'm getting old and wrinkly, but I wonder how much of a difference it would make.
RE dogs-- I can understand some breeds should NOT live outside. But most full blooded huskies I know of are miserable inside, so I think it would depend on the breed, where you live, and perhaps even personality. (I say where you live because huskies outside in like Florida or Texas might die from the heat, but in Alaska, they actually like the cold...)
UO-- Target isn't that amazing. (But I also don't like shopping, so....)
@emmyg65, I love your facial expression. And that skincare/haircare routine in your link is crazy. 18 different tools and products for skincare and haircare? I like to show DH these things when he thinks I'm being high maintenance.
That's 'natural?' You look Amazing but that is definitely a night look! I'm really nervous, I'm going to MAC tomorrow and was going to ask for a 'Natural' look too.

My hair routine: Wash with whatever shampoo and conditioner was on sale when I ran out. Currently, it's Dove. Towel dry, brush, flip head upside down and shake like a dog. No blow dryer, no extra products. My DH calls me "ridiculously low maintenance". lol

My boobs have shrunk down as well @robsbabygirl08 and I am so nervous about it. I had gone from a 36D to a 36H/I and in the last week or so I am back to a full D... I am very confused. I am wondering if I just lost some weight when I was diagnosed with GD and started eating way too healthy for how pregnant I am? I will ask my doctor next week for sure... I want to BF for G's first year. At least my nipples are still crazy colorful (I miss my old ones). My UO.... I don't think American Horror Story is all that great. And I watched the first two seasons and couldn't make it through Coven and Freakshow has very little appeal to me. Give me The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, or any Star Trek (except Enterprise) any day!! And I love horror/thrillers/paranormal movies.
I f'ing hate the Kardashians and everything they stand for. They are all completely talentless, they've all had shit tons of plastic surgery but lie and say they haven't, and are terrible role models for girls and women. I wish I never had to see or hear about them ever again.
As far as pets go, I like it when people spend extra money on them! I do, after all, own a business doing horse and dog massage therapy for almost 5 years now. And I've worked on a wide range of dogs from national champion show dogs to paralyzed dogs to dogs who are in their last few days. Massage therapy isn't just a luxury though, it truly helps some of them. One of my favorite moments of my career so far was working on a dachshund mix that had been hit by a car and abandoned. His back was broken and refused very crooked and he had to kinda drag himself along or use his wheelchair. The massage brought him such relief that he just closed his eyes and rested his head on my chest when I was working on his back. It was the sweetest thing ever.
I'm also not a fan of leaving dogs outside 24/7. Especially in places with extreme temperatures or weather.

I really want to BF as well. And my nipple coloring.......lets just say I won't be going braless in a light colored shirt anytime soon.
What takes the longest in my beauty routine is plucking my eyebrows. I have dark, coarse hair everywhere and my eyebrows used to be really thick. I pluck every day to keep them neat. Make up takes only about 10 minutes and when I wash my hair I can have it blow dried and flat ironed in about 15 minutes (my hair takes about 10 minutes to dry). It's faster in the summer when it's hot because I let my hair air dry for a while. When I don't wash my hair I either do a quick 5 minute touch up with a flat iron or just pull it back. I know my routine will have to change soon because I probably won't have the time or energy for all that. If I can have my eyebrows plucked and some moisturizer on I think I'd be good.

I think that would be an UO if you stated the opposite. :P
I'm part of the massive boobie committee. I am currently spilling out of my 34Gs. Tried on my 34I nursing bra that only fit for the couple weeks when my milk came in with DS...and it fits. I can at least handle the boobage if I have a bra that keeps them off my bump, which I guess I do.
My (probably not very) UO - I don't like that my bump is so big it rests on my thighs when I sit down.
I'm pretty low maintenance and don't wear a lot of makeup but I swear my fancy* wrinkle and eye cream is worth it. I think my skin looks much better when I'm using it. Plus I have super sensitive skin. I could never use hotel lotion on my face!
*it's not that fancy, it's from avon. But more fancy than regular drug store face lotion.
I want a boob job one day only because my boobs are too far apart. Plus (tmi) I hate that my nipples aren't centered because of it. They kind of point to the side. My boobs are a great size they just need to get their shit together.
Maybe this is a FFTC.
TMI:
My FFTC is my nipples don't point the same way. It drives me bonkers that one points higher than the other. If I had the money, I would totally get a breast lift and pull those suckers back where they belong! And this happened in my early 20's way before kids. My boobs are a nice size, but they have never been perky.
On the low maintenance topic. It takes me under 30 minutes to get ready since I lopped off my hair. But I am higher maintenance in the fact I can't use any shampoo or conditioner, it has to be all natural otherwise my back breaks out, even if I clip up my hair after washing and conditioning. I also have to use a face wash, then witch hazel on cotton balls and a moisturizer (Burts Bees with spf) to minimize zits. I used to have benzoyl peroxide cream in that mix before I got pregnant. So that's not bad.. Or as bad as it used to be with long hair. But the fact I have around 15 pairs of shoes is just extreme to my DH. I don't think that is excessive...
@marvan5 Only 15 pairs of shoes?! My DH would be happy as hell if I only had that many pairs of shoes. I believe I currently have 20 now, but more are in storage waiting to be picked up.

I don't think people should have dogs and only let them live outside. Why have dogs then?
I don't think people who live in town with small houses and are away all day should have dogs either...dogs are meant to play and run which is impossible when left indoors or a small backyard!
I just thought of an UO...or maybe it's popular...
I think people that tell their kids Santa is fake right from the start because they don't want to "lie" to them are crazy, and are stealing away a sweet innocent part of childhood from them.
I effing hate having to work late and it being dark when I leave and then traffic still being bad even though it's supposedly after rush hour and still having to go shopping at two different stores and then cook/eat dinner when I get home and try to get DS in bed at a reasonable time.
An actual UO - I think most of the paintings people make at those "sip and paint" classes are ugly and probably not something I'd want to have in my home. I'll just drink my wine and not paint a picture.
I prefer to call them the Kartrashians. Reality shows like theirs were far more amusing before I started working in a school district where 80%+ of kids are on free/reduced lunch and struggle to get their basic needs met. I can't watch the frivolous greediness without getting stabby. So many good things could be done with the millions they garner from capitalizing off Kim's porn career...I mean, sex tape.
@saiven my black lab HATED swimming and/or being wet in general. Ironically she enjoyed being on boats and actually got into one that floated a decent way before we were able to catch up to her. She was a very bizarre animal.
your dogs are broken
I know seriously. My dad actually carried her into the bay to see if she could swim or not. She sure swam back to shore fast, but proved that she could swim.
I never said he was smart...
We tried with a pool when he was a little puppy. That failed. Now, when we go on hikes, he'll run into the river and then FREAK THE FUCK OUT because WATER MOM, WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME IT WAS WATER!!!
He's pretty though.
My weiner dog is weird. He hates the pool and when we take him to the beach he'll only swim in the ocean if you reeeeally coax him, but put him on the boat and he'll leap right off the side into the ocean. He also once jumped right off a dock into a lake when we cast a baited pole. Poor guy didn't realize there was a difference in in water temp from our florida beaches to the north Carolina lake in December. He was shivering.

That last statement just made my jaw drop. @-) Target is super fantastic.

Oh wait, probably none of those are UOs.
