So I hit the third tri and all of the sudden my weight gain slowed way down. I went from putting on an average of 1lb a week to a 1/2 lb, none and now I have lost a pound since my last appoint two weeks ago... My doctor says not to worry but of course I am!!
I have been experiencing third tri morning sickness and have been working a lot of overtime in the last few weeks. I'm worried I'm not eating enough. Has anyone else experienced weight loss? Or even loss of appetite and if so, how do combat it?
Tia ladies! Happy pregnancies!

I'm right there with you @almostamissus . I haven't put on a single pound since I started the 3rd trimester. My OB/GYN isn't concerned because my fundal growth is on par and little girl is always moving, but that doesn't make me feel any better. I have resorted to drinking Carnation Instant Breakfast and those Special K meal replacement drinks with my morning and afternoon snacks to add extra calories, but still no change on the scale. Hope your OT slows down some so you can rest and relax some!
This time I started heavier than I ended the second time. I gained 6 pounds by the end of August and haven't gained any more in the last 3 months. My doctor is happy with my weight gain and baby's size so I'm mostly not worried. I have trouble eating after about 4 because it makes me feel like my stomach is going to explode from being too full. If I do manage to eat more then I get terrible heartburn. I figure there's not really much more I can do. I eat mostly healthy when I can. But my doctor isn't worried.
As long as you don't think it's from dehydration you're probably fine. Check with your doctor.
Very similar. I'll go a week or two (or more) without any weight gain, then get what I call a growth spurt and put on 2/3 lbs in a couple days.
As long as the doctor hasn't said anything, assume you're fine. And maybe go ahead and have that extra donut...
