My doc wants to induce my pregnancy, but my mom tells me to wait cause i still have a week left. What should i do its my first baby:3

I don't know your history so I don't know if your pregnancy is high risk or if there are other factor at play. If it's normal healthy pregnancy, I say wait. If not, induce. I usually tend to listen to my doctor. They know your medical history more

Are there medical reasons for the induction, or is your doctor wanting to do it because they will be busy with the holiday? If it's the latter I would hold off and if you haven't had your baby by 41/42 weeks schedule the induction. If the doctor has sufficient reasoning for the induction then it is probably best to listen to them and go ahead with it. That's just my opinion. You do what is best for you and your family.

Until right know there is no problems, just the regular cramps. Baby and i are doing great.
