Check me off as another one who this is a normal visit for!bkmama said:At my routine appointments, I do the following:- A urine sample (testing for protein, UTI, blood)- Blood pressure check- Weight- Questions about the baby's movements, if I've had any problems, any questions- Measuring my belly and checking for baby's position- Listen to baby's heartbeat
Re: are my doctors doing what they should?
I like what @YaMrWhite just asked you. "What would you like them to do"?
If you are concerned that they are not doing enough or unsure when they will start checking certain things, Ask them. Don't hesitate to ask. Every doctor is different and they will use their best opinion on what to look at based on the history of your current pregnancy, etc.
And if you feel concerned about anything, don't hesitate to ask the doctor! I was having non-stop BH the day of my last last appointment, and she checked my cervix to put my fears to rest, otherwise she wouldn't have done it.

=P~ to all of the above.
All these things would be glorious.
It sounds like you are having a typical, uncomplicated pregnancy. I pee in a cup (to check for protein), weight, blood pressure, ask questions (doctor always asks if I have watery discharge or spotting), doppler, and fundal height. They will start cervical checks at 36 weeks.

Or cheeses without the associated constipation.

jan'15 january siggy challenge: baby fails
-Fundus measured
-BP taken
-Baby's heart rate checked with Doppler
-Symptoms/general health discussed
I don't usually get weighed/pee in a cup/anything else.
Additionally, I often get a referral for bloods to monitor my continuing anaemia and vitamin d deficiency, and discuss the last results.
