What are you ladies doing for Christmas presents for your littles? I don't want anymore loud, electronic crap. Thinking books, board puzzles, stacking cups, etc? Lame?

Sounds great to me, We are looking at the VTech Cora for Raylin for either her birthday or Christmas we can't decide. I know she is getting some new socks, sippy cups, wooden puzzles and a few bath items.
We bought DS an anywhere chair from pottery barn so we're lame over here too. I figure he's going to get all kinds of toys from his first birthday party.
So far we've gotten Logan a sled, a big puzzle, and a few books. I don't want to listen to more noisemakers. I'm sure the grandparents/aunts/uncles will provide enough of the "toys". I'm also hoping to find him a cute little chair or maybe some outdoor play stuff for next summer....
Little man is getting a very similar Dino rocker from my mom! We will probably keep it low key, since I loathe clutter, and there is a 90% chance we'll be moving in the spring, and the less stuff to pack, the better. Probably some books and a stuffed curious George
Tell me about these anywhere chairs. I've never really looked at them but have seen in PB catalog. Can they use them for many years? Do they fold out or stay in chair position?

We really have no idea what we're getting Julia for Christmas. I know I want to get her some puzzles and some bath toys but other than that I just need to see what's out there. I'm thinking educational toys are the way to go right now because she's not going to care. She'll just want to play with the wrapping paper. Can someone tell me what is so special about the Anywhere chair? Everyone seems to love them and I just wonder why. I don't know anything about them other than they come from PBK so I'm truly curious.
@rkcaraway and @sleepymoneky the PBK anywhere chairs are just super easy for them to climb in and out of. they are easy for them to move around themselves. plus they are super nice arm chairs mini sized. We got one for DD and it was a big hit. I plan to recover it and give to DS. she used hers from age 1-4.
She got Cora, the fisher price laugh and learn chair, the elephant push thingy and the activity garden plus other things for her bday. I'm thinking of an anywhere chair and a ball pit for Christmas.
We're doing a small Little Tikes climb & slide thing that we'll keep in the playroom, a few puzzles, books, and balls (LO loves balls and books). Maybe a wheeled ride-on if the grandparents don't get him one. I ordered an anywhere chair knockoff (uglywhere) for his birthday on 12/23.
Alternative to the anywhere chair...We were gifted this personalized kid kraft chair when lo was born. You don't get all the cute fabric options but I like that it's a real chair and not just foam.
The Uglywhere chair is a good alternative to the anywhere chair. We got DS one for Christmas. I think I may also get him a small backpack with his name on it. We don't need any more toys, so maybe some clothes... Poor second kids....
