I've not been crazy about what I eat. I've had sushi a couple of times. I love my lunch meat and hotdogs and coffee. But what I wouldn't give for a craft beer. I don't even drink a lot of beer. I've been sniffing everyone's beer lately. I'll take a sip and if someone didn't ask for it back I would probably chug it!! And wine. My god. Wine. I don't get it. I would drink before but it wasn't very frequently.
My other thing is iced tea. I know I can have it. But if I cannot have a gallon of it I don't even find it worth it. I love me a GIANT unsweetened black iced tea. I cannot get enough of it. A small amount equivalent to 200mg of caffeine isn't worth it at all. I want all the iced tea.
Wine. I don't even bother with a little bit, since I would just be like: "I'll have two more glasses of that right now, please."
I have raw tuna sometimes...like tonight. It's surprising to me, since I don't have a taste for so many things I loved before. Avacados anyone? I used to loooove avacados!
I'm with everyone else on the raw sushi and craft beer. I miss sushi so much that I started following an account called "sushiporn" on Instagram I also miss coming home from work after a stressful day and having a glass of wine!
WINE. Any and all colors, shapes, and sizes. I don't discriminate. I just miss everything about it. It doesn't help that my all my SILs are all huge winos and have a glass or 4 at every get together. :-w
I don't eat any seafood or drink coffee/much caffeine so I haven't really had to give anything else up.
Not really missing any booze or food. I'm not a drinker anyways, don't like sushi, and have been doing cold cuts from good delis. I DO miss ibuprofen and Aleve! Tylenol does crap for me.
Oh.... Diet Coke! I day dream about sipping on some fabulous diet coke.
I've been letting myself have one every week or so. It makes me so epically happy. I miss having one at lunch every day, even though I know my body and baby are much better without it.
I miss Advil a lot. Tylenol is so weak and for the birds. Don't know much about drinks I like cause i literally just turned 21 three days ago so I'm going to be missing out for only another 4/5 months anywho. My doctor says alcohol in low amounts are ok as long as I'm not getting drunk but I don't even know what drinks have low Alcohol content. I still eat sandwich meat since I love a good club sandwich and jimmy johns.
I still eat sushi. I just have them make it fresh for me. The one thing I miss most though is probably wine. Like I could kill for a big ol' glass of rosè!

Wine, brie, wine, biltong, wine, rare meat, wine, camembert, wine.... What I wouldn't give for a beautiful Merlot and a cheese platter right now!
May I ask what's up with the no cheese? Most cheese is pasteurized unless you are making it yourself or picking it up at your local dairy farm. My doc said its all fine unless it's not pasturized. Is that the kind joy are craving? If not--then I say dig in!!
Prosecco, smoked salmon, sushi, not-well done eggs. My friend and I do a girls brunch once a month and usually it involves unlimited mimosas or prosecco and some fancy brunch foods. Plain oj and pancakes aren't cutting it lol

@Karrunrun, My doctor recommended that I stay away from the soft cheeses and I'm just being super careful since I lost my first earlier this year. I know it might be a little over the top, but it helps me sleep at night.
I miss wine with date night. My dh and I walk to a restaurant and have some wine with dinner and walk home. The hot water with lemon keeps me warm at the restaurant but does nothing for the cold Michigan walk home. And wine is a delicious way to end a work week. Hot water with lemon? Not so much

Not judging. Just curious. Cheese is probably my first love. All cheese really. I would be lost without it...especially since I really cannot truly enjoy wine or a beer!!
ETA quote boxes are hard when you are using only one eye because you are still lying in bed.
I eat my cold cuts cold. I eat my red meat medium rare. My eggs are runny. My cheeses are soft. I never liked sushi. I guess I miss the occasional drink but I'm not a big drinker. I miss snowmobiling.
I definately miss beer. I totally didn't think I would! Hubby and I drank beer at least 3 nights a week in the summer and he occasionally has one now and I just miss curling up on the couch with hubby on Friday nights for pizza, a movie and beer. Also, can't believe I'm saying this, but I miss raw vegetables. Or more specifically, the way they tasted pre-pregnancy. It sounds like a cop out not to eat healthy, but I can hardly stomach them ever since I got pregnant.
Oh man.....I miss bourbon. There is a drink called a "Gold Rush" I used to make all the time, and still do for DH. It is agave nectar, juice of 1/2 lemon and bourbon over ice and topped with soda water. Mmmm.
Wine for sure, I love dark red dry wine... And sushi, been steering clear of it just bc I'm a little paranoid. No judgement to those who don't. Also pre BFP I use to do a daily shot of raw unfiltered unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. It's supposed to balance out the pH levels in your body, help your skin and hair and help your body process sugars better (which helps with my PCOS). I miss that bc I always felt better when I did that.

This drink sounds lovely... I'll have to remember to try it after baby gets here!
Wine and regular coffee. I cut out caffeine when we began TTC, and sometimes I'd like to just chug a good old Mt. Dew or an espresso from Starbucks. Especially with the constant lack of energy I have. And man, do I miss wine. I still eat sushi, just not nearly as often as before.

It will be an all time favorite! You can also do a variation called the dirty shirley and add a dash of grenadine.

Amen sister! I'm a whiskey and water girl, not so interested in water and water.
