Red rash on stomach

We are an all natural family.. I use organic cotton cloth diapers with wool covers. My 9 month old has had a red flat rash on his stomach for months. No matter what we do it won't go away! It looks like eczema at times but it pretty much covers his entire stomach. We have taken foods out and there has been no change. Anyone out there have any idea what could be causing this?? It will get lighter in color but never goes away. I've tried coconut oil and there has been no change. Thank in advance for your help!!
