Evening ladies! For those of you who were around last year you know how this works ((hugs)) For the new ladies here is a brief explanation:

Every year around this time TTCAL votes for the following categories:


1. Rookie of the Year (A newbie who has really stepped up to the plate!)
2. Most Inspirational
3. Biggest Heart 
5. Funniest Poster
6. Most Likely to FWP (FWP = With Purpose aka BD)
 7. Most Encouraging
 8. Most Optimistic
9. Most Knowledgeable
10. Most Honest
11. Most Open
2. Chart Expert
13. The WHOA, TMI! Award
14. Best Troll Assassin
 15. Best Clicky Polls
 16. Best Blog
17. Snarkiest
18. Most Bitter <----- self-nominations only
19. Most Active Poster
20. Biggest Pee Pusher
 21. Best SN (SN = Screen Name)
22. Best PIPs (PIPs = Pictures In Posts)
23. Most Likely to Respond to a Post
 24. Most Supportive SALer (SAL = Success After a Loss. PGALer or PALer who supports us a lot.)
25. Ultimate TTCALer (When you think of TTCAL, you think of her)
26. Most Thoughtful
27. Most Generous Lover
28. Most Patient
29. Most Quotable

 I will begin posting NOMINATION threads for each of the categories. If you've got someone to nominate feel free to do so then. Once we've gotten through all the nominations, the CAMPAIGNING portion of the awards begin. You'll essentially have 1 week to campaign for yourself. Finally the last week is when we vote, voting occurs off board via survey monkey or the like. The voting will be open for about a week. Once it is closed, the votes will be calculated and the winners announced.

BUT I need a little help.

1) If you feel any categories should be added or removed please reply below
2) I would like to have some help putting together the badges. If anyone who is creative is willing to create them I would be very appreciative.
3) I need 2 people to validate the voting results when this is completed.

Aww thanks everyone I don't mind stepping in to help. I have a lot of free time opening up after Thanksgiving if that is something you would want me to help with. I'm always open to any graphic or web stuff you ladies need.

Out of curiously, what exactly does one do to "campaign" for one's potential award? If I were, say, nominated for "best clicky poll" (unlikely as I have never posted one in my life, but as an example) do I then flood the board with the best clicky polls I can think of to prove my worthiness?

Thanks for asking this @sterling13 - I've wondered this for nearly a year and just thought it was the person who talked about their sex life the most on the board... :-)

Well there have been arguments both for an against that one.

I'll leave it there temporarily and will decide whether to get rid of it completely by the time the nominations start.
