Recommend your heating pad

Can anyone recommend a good heating pad for muscle pain? This baby is becoming a pain in my neck, shoulders and back. I've never owned one before but I've heard them mentioned here several times. Note, I have no microwave so I'd need something that plugs in. I'm looking them up and reading reviews now.

    I think it'll be best for me to just go look then huh? Would they be in the pharmacy section? As much as I want the baby to stay little I know I'd be getting some relief when he starts walking. I'm trying not to carry him around as much since he's so heavy now. I looked up some stretches to try and help too.
