starting bottle

I am going back to work Dec. 1.  We are starting bottle with my DD.  She is slowly taking the Munchkin Latch bottle. She only takes like 2 oz. at a time. She is almost 4 months.  I am hoping she picks it up once I am back at work full time. that is with her babysitter giving it to her.  She will be 4 months at the end of the month but still a peanut.  She is only like 11.5 pounds. Anyone else experience?
