Last Week: I don't know what's wrong with me, my appetite has been out of control. I am doing 100 squats a day, but I still am gaining slowly (I think I gained like .4 lbs)
This Week: @workinit has challenged me to 8,000 steps a day and I will keep up my 100 squats a day. I'm trying to shift my goals and my focus to being good during the week and taking the weekends off. I think it's the best way for me to keep this up long-term.
Goal: 30 lbs total weight loss, 20 lbs down (ish) so 10 (ish) to go.
Last week: I played soccer and scored a goal!! woot. Other than that I have upped my fruit intake again.
This week: Continue with the fruit. We have kickball this week and I still need to make a plan for walking. My MIL mentioned giving us the elliptical, but I'm not sure about it.
Goal: I've got nothing right now.
What's your favorite cold-weather meal? A meatball sub.

Last week I did ok but missed my step goals on two days. I haven't missed a scheduled running day yet and got 30 minutes in last night.
This week I'm going to keep up my steps and running. We're out of vodka in the house so that will help. I'm back to counting calories.
Goal is to get in shape and lose some weight, long term lifestyle changes.
I love a good chili, I make one with no beans and steak cut into tiny cubes that is really yummy.
