Signs/Symptoms: Had a very significant temp drop below my cover line and some cramping on my right side for about 30 min this morning (before I even got out of bed)
Explain your Crazy here: The really low temp really threw me of. I took my temp again about 30 min later and it was back up to 97.35. The only thing I did was get up and turn both my fans off in my room and then laid back down. I'm not sure if my room being so cold made my temp so low? (I was freezing when I woke up). I know its way, way too early to be symptoms but I think it's too early to be signs of AF also. I'm trying to pay attention to my body without symptom spotting, which I thought I was doing fine until this morning. I mean this is my first cycle after my mc so I know things can be super crazy and with combo of me temping for the first time I'm just all sorts of confused.

That dip can actually be a good thing
For some women a dip between 6-10 dpo can point to implantation. Of course, I've had many 6,7 and 8 dpo dips along the way that haven't amounted to anything other than a strange wonky temp. Try not to obsess to much - I know it's hard but sometimes not getting solid sleep is enough to create a wonky temp. Also, the second temp isn't useful since you'd gotten out of bed. Just leave the first temp you got and see what happens over the next few days.
I came in to ask how you are @PinkCamino! Have you tested since a few days ago?
AFM I'm okay. CD1 following my d&c came on Friday, exactly 28 days later. I'm still not sure if I'm ready to ttc though. I'm actually sitting here waiting for my post-op follow up appointment. Blah.
I haven't tested since Thursday but I'm spotting pretty heavily so AF is on her way.
FX for you today. FX the appointment goes well. We can chat about wanting to TTA or TTC later okay? I'll be around all day. I'll flesh it all out with you.

Thanks! I think maybe I need to step away from FF today, calm the fuck down, and then see what tomorrow looks like.
Signs/Symptoms: I'm getting so frustrated waiting! This is my second wonky cycle in a row, and it just so happens that it's my second cycle charting. I keep thinking "today's the day" only to get crushed with negative opks.
I have an appointment with my obgyn the first week in December, and I'm hoping to go back on metformin. I feel like I'm going crazy in the meantime.
@heartbot hoping it's just the water! I am so sorry your feeling this way. Take the time you need and take care of yourself! Hopefully taking sometime off will help you focus on yourself.
Explain your Crazy here: I posted on the weekend crazy train and got some great feedback from @bethkate2 but I would love any other opinions/feedback. First - FF put my CH at CD14, which makes sense with the temp jump, but I have never O'd on the same day as my first +OPK. Leading up O I do three OPKs a day to try to pinpoint, and usually it is almost exactly 24 hours later. My temps are all over the place general, so I almost wonder if I should switch to OPK mode? The other thing that is heightening my crazy is the spotting. It is not abnormal for me to spot on the day after ovulation, but this cycle I had rust colored spotting for four days! Has anyone else experienced this? If FF has O right our timing was terrible :-(

Explain your Crazy here: My temps are being weird, and I'm still struggling to get well. I feel like my body is broken, and I need to take some time off from charting and worrying about getting pregnant, and instead start taking care of myself. I may not temp again for a while. I need to focus on something other than my FF account.
SO many ((hugs)) If you feel like you need a break, take it. You need to feel well phyiscally and emotionally when you're on this journey.
Also, @heartbot I hope that you can find some distraction from FF. I'm with you, I had a total mental breakdown this weekend with the mid-cycle spotting and my wonky temps. It is frustrating to feel like you can't get clarity and can't get well. FX that things start to turn around soon.

hmmmmmmm i tend to get multiple positive opks in a row but some months I only get one. CD18 looks more likely as O day though. FF might move them I suspect.
I'm not crazy so much as curious, and hoping maybe someone else might have an idea as to why I'm seeing what I'm seeing.
Obviously, my chart is all kinds of messed up this cycle. I'm not even sure what happened during the first half, and for all I know it might have been an anovulatory cycle, though it seems to have settled down now and I think I see the shift on day 16. I'm going to start charting vaginally next month (if I remember).
The thing I'm wondering about now though is the fact that my LP temps don't seem as high as normal. They're usually closer to 98 degrees, but they're hanging out close to my normal baseline of 96.9 this month.
Something I should be asking questions about, or totally normal?

@PinkCamino that high temp is totally bizarre, too. I barely temp that high when I have a fever! Thanks for your input. I also usually only have 1 day of +opk so the whole thing is weirding me out. Oh well.

@PinkCamino Sorry about AF. I've almost always had 28-29 day cycles with the exception of maybe 4 or 5 long cycles like what I'm having now. My loss was late February/early March, and I had one long cycle then went back to my normal 28-29 day cycles for several months until September.
I haven't been on metformin for probably a year and a half, way before I started ttc in the first place, so I dont really know what effect it will have on ttc. It did help to regulate my hormones. I guess we'll see what the doc says.
@mlal78 I used to go to an endocrinologist, who diagnosed me with PCOS. The digestive problems were part of the reason I stopped taking the metformin. Now that I'm not on bc I think I need the Metformin even more.
I'm planning on talking to my obgyn to get her opinion on whether it's worth it to find a new endocrinologist at this point. When I stopped going it seemed like a lot of time/energy/money for not a lot of results, but maybe if I find the right doctor that might change.
@heartbot that's what I'm wondering =/ I have an appointment set up with my doctor for the 10th of next month. Just trying to figure out if I should be bringing this up with him or give it another month or two to see if it was just a fluke.

I find myself obsessively staring at my chat throughout the day. I really don't want to symptom spot, it only leads to crazy, but when I chart it's all I can think about! Your temp drop can be a good thing @MrsOscarFelix, but like Pink said, can also mean nothing. I had a beautiful Triphasic Chart last month that ended in AF. Temps mean nothing unless they stay up past your usualy LP. Waiting out the crazy is the hardest part!
