tight tummy

My belly is tight and hard at 19w+5d anyone else have this??
Also sore back ..

    Sounds like Braxton hicks contractions although they typically hurt that badly.

    On the scale of 1-10 - how much does it hurt?  That is what the Ob typically will ask, sounds like BH but they shouldn't hurt THAT much and they do come and go. As for back pain, that is normal, prenatal massage, seeing chiropractor, acupuncture or a heating pad on low setting should help some.
