Post partum headaches and nausea?

Wondering if anyone has been experiencing any headaches or nausea after giving birth? I am 10 days post partum and today have just been completely run down and feeling like crap.

Same. Pumping makes me feel dumpy

Could be pumping. And hormones too. I've read about thyroiditis after pregnancy. With my 1st LO the day I delivered I was 175lbs. 4 weeks later I was 190. But I became insulin resistant and pcos after pregnancy somehow.
