Here's my random irritation! I hadn't really mentioned anything about CDing to anyone because I didn't want to hear people's unsolicited advice and/or opinions. Well, one person I did tell, mentioned it around others. One lady laughed and gave me the whole, "Just wait for the first time you have to dump poop! You won't want to do it!" She talked about how a CD service company was on dirty jobs one week and the host was gagging. I'm a FTM and being laughed at over decisions I plan to make irritates me. I haven't told anyone about my birth plan (trying to go natural) because I don't feel like getting laughed at again and honestly won't change my plan anyway. I hate the "you just wait" speech that comes with everything. Yes, I'm a FTM, but that doesn't mean CDing, BFing, and a natural birth aren't possible. I've been reading/researching to get as prepared as I can. I know.. I know! I need a thicker skin. I guess I'm just venting. I'm off my soapbox now.

Posting as I go so I'm sure someone's answered already, vday is viability day, like after 24 weeks (I thought it was 23 actually) medical staff consider the baby viable outside the uterus and try to save the baby if you deliver.

As for the negative remarks, I've gotten them too and it is frustrating. Especially with CD. Just take the same philosophy as you are with the natural birth plan. Don't change your plan just because of some negative comments. You'll find enough people that will give you positive feedback etc. I posted on fb for some advice for looking into cloth and I was surprised to see that there was actually more positive than negative but the negatives were there. Like "some of my kids diapers have been so nasty that I couldn't get them in the trash fast enough so I can't imagine having to wash those" and "you'll be so busy with other newborn stuff you'll be glad you chose disposables" etc. But a bunch of people gave me great tips on brands they like and offered to chat privately about what they have done and what works. One friend even mentioned they do it part time. I really want to try it but my H is just not on board at all. Like at all. I think I would need to physically show him how they work but I can't really find any here in stores.

Anyways more power to you for all your decisions and don't let people's negativity change your mind

@happymamax2 I would be furious as well. I hope you guys are able to have a serious conversation and work it out. Although I see nothing wrong with retail therapy.

@happymamax2‌ I do not blame you at all for being upset. I got mad just reading your post! I think your retail shopping and bbq sounds like an awesome idea, you should throw in a pedicure and maybe a massage as well!

Random. I just got pictures from Snapfish today. I have always used them but this time I downloaded the app and got pics printed from my camera phone. They came out great!

I am also trying to get shit done but I need to take a break every half hour or so to sit on the heating pad. Fun times.

I also got my pumpkin patch order today and everything is so cute ! Thank you guys for introducing me to that site. I got an out fit for my friends 1 year old (varsity type jacket and dark blue cords) and a tutu, leggings and 2 head bands for baby girl. I know she won't be able to wear them for a while but so cute!

@lawsonellis those seem to be the only dreams I have lately. No happy dreams, no wonderful sex dreams, no unicorns and rainbows...nope just horrible scary loss dreams. It sucks I wake up shaking and breathing heavy  I would suggest getting a dream catcher! OK OK I know im gonna get some snickers and side eyes on this lol but seriously. My SO is part Native American so he is really into that stuff. When he first wanted to put one up I too snickered but just said whatever if that makes you happy. So that was before we found out we were pregnant. We have it right over our bed stuck up in the ceiling. Well after our BFP I started having those dreams. I prob had like 5 before I realized that I was having them everywhere I would fall asleep EXCEPT for in our bed. Dead serious, I haven't had a single bad dream while sleeping in our bed. I have had them while sleeping on the couch and even in my car when I was napping while he was at the doctors. Everyone can laugh at me lol but I swear by them now!! So yea, I hope it gets better for you I know how hard those dreams can be cuz they feel so damn real

AFM my contacts hate me today. I even switched them out with new ones and they still feel like sand paper wtf? UGH Stop.Drying.Up.Damn.It. So yea...oh I gave it up today too lol. After like a month long dry spell and even not giving it up on his birthday (I know im a horrible gf but I worked 14 hours that day (I was supposed to be off) and I passed the fuck out) I felt bad and was actually not feeling like I would rather saw my arm off than have sex, which has been what I have felt like this past month Y U LIE BUMP WEEK VIDEOS? The one video that I watched on here like the 21 or 22 week one said specifically "you might notice your sex drive increase this week" (or something like that) BAH...LIES! haha What the fucking fuck...where is my increased sex drive at damn it? aww but it was so cute, when we were done he didn't say "oh that was great" or "that felt good" or any other usual thing that guys say after sex, nope, he said "i didn't squish the baby did I"? haha umm ok well that's about enough out of me...off to get ready for work...yay!

@happymamax2 oh hell to the fucking no! Sorry but it seems as though you have already kept your cool better than I would have at this point. I would have been blowing his damn phone up with phone calls and text messages prob threatening to leave him if he didn't come home right this very second. I swear im not really a crazy girlfriend but there are some things that just drive me absolutely fucking insane. Now im not saying that he shouldn't have his guy time, for me sometimes I like when he gets out of my hair for a while but the shit that you described just wouldn't fucking fly with me personally. And don't even get me started on the sexist brother thing ugh im so sorry that you are dealing with this. I think that it might be time for you to sit down with him and have a serious come to jesus conversation cuz IMO he has crossed the damn line, and by the tone of your message im sure he is well over the line with you. Did he suddenly forget that he has a pregnant wife and a family at home and that he is not a damn teenager anymore? I just want to kick him right in his balls right now for you ;-) im so sorry I hope things get better with him because this is the last thing you need right now in your pregnancy. ((HUGS))

I got my order from Pumpkin Patch today too...I ordered a ton of stuff for next summer from their clearance/40% sale and it is ADORABLE! I am just sitting here staring at all the cuteness. Now I just hope she fits in all of it next summer!

Yes we have a daughter! Every time this friend wants to hang out, my H always says he's just going to go over to his place and play video games all night. So I've been fine with that until I find pictures of him on social media of him going out to bars or anywhere else. He uses his friends house as an excuse. It's the dishonesty that hurts me. So now I'm like no I don't want you "going over there" because he lies!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like the guy time isn't the issue. I'd be pissed that he's lying and then not telling me when he's coming home. He said he was going to be one place, but then ended up 80 miles away. Then he said he was coming home, but his friends wanted him to stay longer so he did. That's what would irritate me.

I'm still in bed. It's 5 pm. I just so exhausted. Catching up on TV, snuggling with the cat, and having my H bring me food. I wish I had the energy to go and buy a new bra but it's all I can do to go to the bathroom.

@happymamax2 Yea that's where i was going with that but didn't want to offend you or anything by saying that he needed to grow up because I'm sure he doesn't act this immaturely all the time. To play devils advocate, kinda, maybe he is just acting out because he knows in a few months he is gonna have someone who needs attention 24/7. Still though that doesn't make it ok. My SO lived a VERY different life before we got together and i have def put in a lot of work to get him to where he is now lol before he literally had absolutely no responsibilities and had no reason to act like an adult and sometimes he falls back but it usually has to do with his stupid friends, all of which i hate btw, who i somewhat tolerate. I judge his friends on how comfortable i would be with him taking the baby over to their house. Lol just remember to take care of yourself. Hope everything works out for you

It's 12:15 am, I just realized how badly I need a brown sugar cinnamon pop tart, which we don't have in this house... We have no good snacks in this house. I suck at grocery shopping. I feel like I spend $100 a week and never have anything to eat. How is that even possible?

Normally I am not into any superstitious or supernatural or any other stuff like that but I seriously have not had a single bad dream in my bed which is the only place that damn thing is lol im considering hanging one over my couch considering the frequency at which I fall asleep on my couch haha let me know how it goes!!!!
