Depends on the degree of previa. Partial previa may still make a vaginal delivery possible with monitoring if it moves away from cervix. Complete previa is automatic c/s for baby safety. Once placenta is detached from uterine wall (ie: if a complete previa delivered vaginally), baby is no longer receiving nutrients/oxygen.
I'm having the same issue. My midwife told me it happens more often than not and it almost always moves out of the way. Did they schedule you another ultrasound? They told me I needed to get another one at 35 weeks to check up on it.
I'm trying to talk myself out of being stressed by thinking that it is a normal thing, but it's hard lol Especially since I don't want a c section either.
