Flu Shots???

Trying to decide whether or not to get flu shots for the family. We never have before, but now with the baby we're thinking about it. Any reasons for or against it? Any babies have bad reactions to the flu shot this year? New to the discussion board so I don't know all the abbreviations yet!

    I didn't start getting the flu shot until I was pregnant with DS1--and have since then, so 4 times. I have never had the flu, so I don't know. I do get both boys the shot and they handle it totally ok

    M just got 1/2 flu shots Tuesday. We go back in 30 days to get the 2nd! No bad reactions. I've gotten the flu shot every year since I can remember, and I've gotten the flu once about 7 years ago. Definitely recommend it!

    CDC recommends that everyone 6 months of age and older get the flu vaccine.
