8mo sleep regression?

My LO had never been a good sleeper - still never STTN. But the past few days she has been waking within 10min of being put in her crib. I caved and just put her in bed w me but she's screaming unless I let her nurse. She's not hungry because I literally just fed her and when I let her nurse she falls asleep instantly - she just wants to comfort nurse. Im all for responding to her needs, but I can't go to bed w her at 6pm and let her sleep w my boob in her mouth. This is just totally not practical/doable/desireable. Tips?? Heeeeelp!
