E2 numbers after Trigger (Siggy Warning) *Update

Has anybody had their E2 numbers checked after doing the trigger shot. I want to have it checked tomorrow to see if it goes up or down. I asked the nurse and she said I could get it done if I want to but they do not require it. 

Update: the E2 came back at 6480, 15 hours after trigger.

They only checked my LH since I did a Lupron trigger and they wanted to make sure it worked. 

Why would E2 go down after trigger?  You still have maturing follicles producing estrogen (it makes more sense to me that it would increase not decrease)

@blueeyes233, the nurse said it could go down but it never is the case.

she was warning me if I am one of those lucky people who's number would go down to not be upset.
