Rumparooz - Newbie still trying to get her Stash together

So I've noticed that the rumparooz have 4 settings - newborn, small, medium and large .. do newborns tend to fit? If so, should forgo other diapers and just purchase a bunch of rumparooz?

I have my first baby due in January and don't really have a preference yet. Entering this world with absolutely no prior experience!

I have been wondering this too. I want to buy RAR covers to go over the workhorses and prefolds we have, but I'm worried about the fit.....
