  • Welcome and GL
    me:41   dh:43
Off Mirena Nov 2013, On Nuvaring end of Jan, Back off Sept 2014.  Never ending cycle starting end of Sept...
    11/14 Provera failed... cycle continues
12/14 High FSH (57 "midcycle")  OBGYN had no clue... about anything
01/15 More lab results coming back from RE. U/S showed small (1")cyst on left ovary, thin lining, and couldn't locate right ovary so  possibly straight to DE and IVF

Occassionally mess with the chart below to see "what if" and learn (not to make it pretty but because FF stays drunk with me).

  • Hi. Welcome and good luck.
  • Welcome!  Best wishes for you and this is a great place to get inspiration, vent, suggestions, hugs and laughter!
  • @hooligans4 I'm so glad you asked that.  I've seen that posted a few times after cycle counts but thought maybe it meant After loss.  Artificial Insemination is the old word for IUI correct?

I am not sure how to say this without getting a "solicitation" warning so I guess I just say that I am not longer active on THIS site.

  • @lcwed yes it is. That's what threw me off.

  • Thanks all for the welcomes :) Yes..AI stands for artificial insemination..im still learning the "lingo" here..lol We are trying the "turkey-baster method"...I know, it sounds awful...its an oral syringe to deposit his swimmers :) As he suffers ED, & we cant afford the insane hospital costs of invitro fert..then the home way is what we figured we'd try. His specialist suggested we try this way. I have read many reviews on this method, & its known to work, sometimes right away, other times it may take a bit. Im kind of worried about how long, especially with hypothyroid & our ages. We dont know if we'll ever be blessed with a child or not, but we feel we haven't been given the opportunity to try..considering circumstances....if it happens, that would be awesome..if not, & least we can say we tried ;)
