This is happening in my house right now.
Our loan we are using to find our home repipe closes on Friday and we came home to another leak today. Another insurance claim! And we can't wait because of the mold threat.
Suck factor 9.9. Also, the wet area is where our tv used to be. No survivor tonight! Guess I'll tackle to the post for the gift exhange. It's scaring me with it's 222 unread replies.
