we liked tommee tippee bottles. make sure that you are using the lowest-flow nipples available so that your LO does not develop a preference for the bottle. it's also helpful to have someone other than yourself give the bottle to your LO while you are out of the house.
I second everything @vvvvvfee said and will add that reading up on paced feeding on kellymom is helpful. We used tommee tippee as well, we found the anti colic bottles to have the slowest flow. We tried playtex drop ins and medela first and both were a no go. Every baby has a different preference. My first LO lived the playtex nursers. So sometimes its trial and error.
I am using The First Years Breastflow bottle with level 1 nipples. A LC recommended them to me when I was breastfeeding. It is anti-colic bottle and took longer than the Medla Calma bottles to finish. I am about to try Dr.browns as they are thinner than the breastflow now that my son is starting to hold bottles.
