My OB said regular strength Mucinex is fine while nursing.

My ob said regular was fine but the DM can dry up your milk...

Well that might explain the drop in milk today I thought the dm was the regular ugh who knows I'm on like week three of being sick!! Just when I thought I was getting better and boom I get sick again

Looks like the DM is a cough syrup, so I'm not sure why that would mess up your supply.  Hope it goes back to normal!
