Has this happened to anyone else or is it just me?

During my pregnancy my using the restroom to pee has been the same since before I got pregnant but the past two days I've been peeing like crazy, and than when I have a bowel movement I've always been constipated and it's been hard for me to go, like I would go once ever 3-4 days but recently today I've went 4 times already! And idk if this is just because I'm weird and I'm new to the whole pregnancy thing, or has this thing happened to anyone else?! I'm sorry if it's TMI but no one else in my family has been pregnant with twins!
