Trying to Get Pregnant

WFD?

I had a long day and it's cold and rainy outside, so I came home from work and got right into my pajamas. I'm probably having a can of soup for my dinner. I just want to live vicariously by reading about yours.

Not to steal this away from @pmcd886, but I make mine with ground beef, can of corn, can of condensed cream of potato soup, tater tots, and after it's been in the oven sprinkle with cheese.

    1lb ground beef or turkey
    2lb bag tots
1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken
    1 can evaporated milk
    sprinkle with cheese after

  • Tater to Casserole is one of my favorites!

Nothing exciting here. Warming up some steamed dumplings and maybe a salad. I'm also lazy.
I am not sure how to say this without getting a "solicitation" warning so I guess I just say that I am not longer active on THIS site.

  • @pmcd886 Hmm. I might actually need to get dressed and go to the store to buy tater tots now.

    -----mobile quotes ruin everything------

The secret is to make a cupcake sandwich.

    1. Remove wrapper

    2. Remove half of the cake part.

    3. Put cake part on top of frosting.

    4. Eat cupcake sandwich.

    /quote fail/

That is the most brilliant thing I've ever read.

@Kingfisher1‌ I'm so jealous! I love Zaxby's so much, but I haven't lived near one since 2008. I've got a trip south coming up soon - first stop will be Zaxby's for some Wings & Things.

My dinner wasn't anything interesting, but I was craving some dessert so I made chocolate cake in a mug. 4 TBSP flour, 4 TBSP sugar, 2 TBSP cocoa, 1 egg, 3 TBSP milk, 3 TBSP oil, mixed together in a mug and microwaved for 3 minutes. I stop the microwave with about 30 seconds left to add a small scoop of chocolate chips on top.
  • I just put some nachos in the oven. Lime tortilla chips, refried beans, jalapenos, chihuahua cheese. Mmmm cheese and salt tastes so good on CD 2! :)

@SwivelChair5‌ are those mug cakes cook? I always get a craving for sweets mid afternoon but never want to make a whole cake. I will have to try your recipe. We had roast chicken and potatoes a with frozen mixed veg and a kale salad. With the chicken carcass I'm now making stock in the slow cooker. My house smells very good!
@kemcc13 it was my first time making a mug cake.  It was a little dry, so maybe the liquids ratio needs to be adjusted a bit.  It was not amazing, but good enough and satisfied my craving, especially since it was ready in 3 minutes.
