  • I take a probiotic mix that includes acidophilus - the acidophilus was the first thing to ever help me with lactose intolerance. That may help with the dairy part. I've also been either drinking a little GoodBelly or eating a Activia yogurt every day, but don't do that till you're even keel! Those just keep me regular. Good luck!

  • I'm confused .... You say in your post your midwife will advise you what to do (future tense) and then you say she wasn't worried (past tense). So did you ignore your midwife initially to ask people with no (or few) medical education?
