Has anyone seen or heard about the kindle fire kids tablet? I'm debating on that one or the Nabi. Does anyone have any opinions on either one? I want one that will grow with my DS.
I have a Kindle Fire HD, and both of my boys use it. They have a FreeTime section for kids. I can put games, books, and movies in there for them. They can't get out of it or access anything I don't want them to use. I love it and so do they.
I think we have just about decided to go with a Samsung tablet that is geared children. DH did most of the research on it so i can't really give any details about the reasoning, I trust his opinion when it comes to electronics and technology.
Penelope Do you have the 6in or 7in? I'm also trying to figure out if it's worth spending so much more for just one more inch of screen. Right now the 7in is $139 and the 6in is $99. The kids edition is 6in for $149 and comes with a protective case on it.
Samsung - Galaxy Tab 3 Kids Edition - 7" - 8GB - Yellow with Orange Case
So far this is the one DH has liked best. I have a few games and apps on my phone that DS loves and we wanted to make sure that those would be available for him.
Re: Kindle vs. Nabi
I'm trying to also figure out if the kids version of the kindle is worth the extra money versus the regular kindle.
Kissty which Samsung tablet are you thinking about? I'm interested in all opinions.
