XP: Funky AF - Any insight?

Where else can you ask really gross TMI questions? My AF this month was brown and very clotty.  Doc thougt it was weird but hormones are normal.  Anyone have this or have any insight? I was on Clomid, Ovridel and Progesterone.  But weird that doc thought it was odd!   I guess just looking for anyone who may have experienced this or have an idea of what could be causing it.  Thanks for any insight!!
DS: Born November 2011
TTC #2 since April '13
DH 35, Me: 34
DX: Unexplained Secondary Infertility, Slight DOR
Sept 14 - IUI (Clomid + Ovidrel) = BFN
Oct 14 - IUI (Clomid + Ovidrel + Progesterone) = BFN
Nov 14- Benched due to cysts Looking for New Doc
Feb - IUI #3 (Letrozole + Ovridrel)
March/April - IVF #1 - Antagonist Protocol - Follistim+HGH+Low Dose HCG - 11R/9M/5F - 2 8 cell 3dtransfer - BFN on April 23, 2014

    Thanks @dani_Brewer!  I appreciate the words of assurance.  Yeah, the clots didn't confuse me as much as the brown.  But whatever, drugs are weird! Thanks for your reply!!

    I had alot of brown this cycle. It was my first on clomid. I had 3 days of brown spotting before CD1.
