Update on school situation and making good on a promise

I had been concerned when Chris's 6:1:1 program at his school looked like it was more of a 3:1:1 situation but DH and I had to pick him up on Friday for his dev. pedi. appt and it was lunchtime.  The teacher and para were taking the kids down for lunch - all 6 of them.  And what an adorable bunch too.  And!!!  When we were leaving, we said bye to everyone and Chris stops, turns back and says 'bye Miss Stacey!'  You could probably see my smile in the next state.  An unprompted (though I'm sure it's routine by now), big smile bye.  Also, as soon as he saw DH, he smiled a huge smile and said "There's daddy!"

Now the promise part.  As some of you know, accepting things was very hard for me but I said to DH, when we have the official dx, I'm going to tattoo it on my arm.  Well, the official dx happened in May and almost 6 months later, I made good on that promise.

Mommy loves you, Chris.
