I don't know what we're having, but broccoli cheese soup and rice one night, and steak, bread, broccoli, and salad another night. Probably broccoli stirfry another night.

Can you tell I bought a big bag of broccoli from Costco?
  • Wow, you girls are organized.  I don't know what I'm eating for breakfast yet.  If I try and buy food for the week, dh and my almost 11 and 12 year old boys devour everything.  I'm at the market at least 3 times a week.

Have you ever had broccoli salad?  My MIL made it for me a few times and I love it.  It's sort has a coleslaw-type sauce/dressing but with bacon, shredded cheese, and onions.  I'm  fan!

I like broccoli salad too - good idea if I have more broccoli to use up! I normally add sunflower seeds, peas, and Craisins, and I leave out the onions because I have a pregnancy aversion to raw onions.
  • @southernyankeegirl‌, homemade naan - wow! I've made it before, but normally I buy it frozen because I'm lazy!

All I know is that tonight I'm making lasagne. :D

In my home there is no such thing as left overs. My husband and son can eat. So I can never work with leftovers for a several meals during the week.
