How do you and DH arrange your work schedules?

Hi ladies! I am pregnant with my first due in April. My DH are discussing how to arrange our work schedules to lower child are costs. How do you and your DH do it?

We haven't found a way, unfortunately. We selected the daycare next to my husband's work to maximize the time the baby's time with a parent.

Ditto PP.  We both work conventional FT jobs so daycare was the only option.  That being said, I do go into work early.  DH does drop offs and I do pick ups.  Daycare is near DH work.  Has worked well for the most part over the past 6 years.
