Just told MH that I want to make chicken taco salad and he told me that he will eat chicken and salad, but he doesn't like "chicken taco salad". He now does not like any veggies other than lettuce in his salad. I told him too bad!

Oooooh that sounds like a good idea. I just had nachos last night but I'm still game for pretty much anything that's cheesy and smothered in sour cream, salsa and guacamole.

no idea. probably soup and grilled cheese (made by dh). i was on fire with meal prep today, and have all meals prepped for monday through friday this week, but neglected to figure out my next meal. ha, figures. 

and @path75 - sounds fantastic. little jealous.
