Thanks ladies. I love the name, but I am not sure I want to use it because of multiple pronunciations. We would say El-ee-us, because that's how you would say it in Spanish. @JNegril, do you have to correct people a lot for your son's name? I love Eli as a nn.
Actually I don't have to correct people often. Usually they get it right. I have had only a few people ask how to pronounce it. It didn't bother me at all!
