Anybody else experiencing this??
DD will be 10 months old this week and about 10 days ago or so stopped sleeping through the night - usually up around midnight and needs to be rocked back to sleep in order to be put back in her crib and up earlier and earlier - sometimes 4am!! The last few days she will not sleep in her crib and we have resorted to bringing her to bed with us which is not something we want to make a habit of but the only way we can get some sleep!
She's not teething and we were just at the doctor for her 9 mo appt so she doesn't have an ear infection or anything.
Any ideas on how to cope with this? I know it's most likely an phase and she will go back to sleeping through thr nigh. I read online if it continues for more than 4 weeks than to do some kind of sleep training. We have done CIO around 7 months with great success.
Thoughts? Anything you did to get through sleep regressions? TIA!
