Hit my mileage goal! Woohoo! Now trying to work on endurance for longer distance running.
I've lost about 8 pounds since starting but with all the Halloween junk in our house, I managed to only maintain this past week, which is better than gaining at least right?
Goals for November are to continue losing. We're doing family pictures the first week of December so I'm determined to feel good and look better than in older pictures post-pregnancy. Also want to be better about getting crunches in every day because I think that was helping. Consistency is the challenge for me with exercising.
I maintained last month, which is kind of a miracle after I messed my back up. And went to Food and Wine. And ate like crap all month. I met my walking goal every week but one though, so that's good. My November goal is to lose at least one pound a week and to hit the gym at least three times a week (except for Thanksgiving week at my dad's house).
It hasn't been going well, and at this point, I weigh the most I ever have I'm ready to do something about it. In fact, to get back into running, I jumped in with both feet and registered for my first half marathon! I'm really excited about it! I haven't run more than a 5k, but I have until August to train for it. I know I can do it, and think that having that end goal will really keep me going

I just paid for a trainer. He sent me the nutrition/work outs and i almost cried.
